I'm selling because I need the 4500 series plate to use with my Carys intake. The top of this plate has a 4500 series flange to use with that series TB (I use an Accufab 4500). The plate necks down to a 4150 series bottom flange to work with an intake like the Super Vic, which I was using at the time. Here are a couple pics:
