Honestly, I am not sure. I had it on the stock MAF and the Fast Toys Ported MAF Ends at one point, which is listed above. I think the stock MAF is 78mm if I am not mistaken...

I don't think they do.... Because I once tried to fit the center caps from the stock 17" WS6 wheels on the American Racing TTMs and it didn't fit. And I know that all the centercaps from ZR1s, Firehawks and Firebirds are interchangeable.

Link below shows the center caps that came on the AR TTM wheels. These center caps are the same size as these:
