Up for sale is my BBK SSI intake manifold and BBK 80mm Throttle body. Part numbers 5004 is the intake manifold and # 1709 for the throttle body. These are used with less then 5k miles on them. Both are in great shape with no problems or defects. Will fit all LS1 and LS6 motors. These retail for over 800$ as a package. Any questions please ask. Asking 650 but feel free to make an offer.

How do these compare to the FAST? What size throttle body?

The bbk throttle body is a 80mm, the Intake has the ability to run up to a 85mm. The power increase is said to be about 20hp over the ls1 intake and about 15hp over an ls6. That does not include the throttle body which would be another 8-12hp. When Installed this it was a night and day difference for me and I had the ls6 intake on my 01 ws6

Would I need to retune the ECU (I already have a tune right now) once I install these? Also, since my car is a 98, will the throttle body still work since I have two throttle cables (one for cruise control and one normal one)

The ecu will adjust for the most part but to take full advantage of the power gain, I would eventually have it retuned. And yes the throttle body does work on 1998 models
