Aaron I believe I have your message on my desk. I'll call you first thing I can tomorrow.

Yes it is!

I don't have a good fit for your current turbo out of these selections unfortunately. I have one that would fit your needs in terms of duration, but it has too much valve lift.

226/234 .605/.612 115+3 GREAT MILD DD CAMSHAFT! WILL WORK WITH STOCK STALL! 6400RPM!

How well would this work on a 5.3 swap, LS1 manifold, headers, TH400 w/ 4500 stall?

239/243 .621/.627 116+5

I'm feeling this cam for my 403ci S91 build with LS3 Heads. 10.3:1, TH400 3800 stall, 3.27 gear, 3000lbs race weight. What do you think Martin?

That will actually work pretty good! If you want more of a max effort cam we could go custom with more overlap, but if getting every last ounce of power out of it isn't your 100% goal it will run very well with that cam and stall.

I've been to Albuquerque before and it's up in elevation right?

Because of that I would recommend the 234/237 115lsa cam or the 235/237 115lsa before that cam. You have less available atmosphere to fill the cylinder. Thus less air mass in the cylinder and less cylinder pressure. We make up for that with an earlier intake valve close event. The smaller 235/237 or 234/237 cam accomplishes this.

Yes, I do! It needs a 4000+ stall and at least 3.90 gears.

Yes we are at 5500ft and see 7000-8500 DA at the track. I figured since I will be making my own atmosphere with the S91 I can run a larger cam. But whatever you think, that's why I came to you. My last turbo car would make 19psi here in ABQ and on the same boost setting with no other changes would make 22psi in Houston. So it picked up 3psi just from elevation change.

I would run the smaller cam. I feel it will E.T. better than the larger cam.

231/240 .617/.588 112+3 MEDIUM TO LARGE N/A CAMSHAFT! NEEDS 3600 STALL/3.73+ GEARS! 6600RPM!

What CI/disp would work best with this cam if paired with say 243/799s a fast 92, longtubes and exhaust. Would be going in the IS300 in my sig but still havent tracked down specific motor but waiting to hear back on a LS2 shortblock
