I just purchased this intercooler last month for my turbo Firehawk build and decided to upgrade to a larger unit. It is brand new in the original box from Emusa. Comes with all mounting hardware that Emusa sent with it. Has one small spot that I know of (size of my thumb tip) where the fins are bent but they can easily be straightened if you care to.

I want the same $70 shipped that I paid for it.

Is the 31 the od of the core, or the outside of the inlets?

It's the outside of the inlets. Core size is about 23 and a half inches.
