Have a complete (valves, springs, rockers, valve covers) set of 823 square port heads for sale, removed from a 08 L92 engine with 68K miles.

No broken studs, deck surface is clean, never been milled

1 head has repairable pitting/nick damage to the combustion chamber from a piston failure. I was quoted $150 to fix the chamber at a local machine shop.

$450 shipped obo

What did the shop you mentioned say needed to be done to the chamber and/or deck?

I was told that they would grind/sand the chamber down until all the pitting was gone and add material via tig welder where required, there isn't much "Deep" pitting so I presume they will not need to add much material, but i'm just going on what they said.

The deck has no damage.

its not a hard or expensive fix honestly. i had a machine shop do new valves,seats and fix 2 cylinders like that one and it was only $500 and i put ferra valves in
