Default strange 12 bolt / auburn posi 3.73's SOLD

Category: Drivetrain
Price: $1600
Part Fits: 93-02 Chevrolet Camaro, 93-02 Pontiac Firebird
Location (State): FL
Item Condition: Used
LS Engine?: Non-LS Part

I have a strange 12 bolt with an auburn posi, 3.73 gears that will fit a 4th gen F-body. I recently bought this from a guy that had LT1 rear brakes and I have ls1 rear brakes. I dont want to go through the hassle to get the right backing plates on this axle to use my ls1 brakes. Looking to get what I paid for it.
At this time i'm not looking to ship this. The price is exceptionally fair considering the Posi unit. The yoke wil accept the stock drive shaft u joint. Although this rear end is fully functional and ready to install i also have a master bearing kit i'll throw in the deal if you ever want to switch gears.
I can throw in a complete lt1 brake setup at no cost also so this could be bolted into any car.
$1600 obo.

From all of the research I've done the back spacing is slightly different? How did you not run into an issue?

I paid 1600 for this thing 2 weeks ago, I cant take too much of a hit on it. I would say 1500 for the rear only would be my lowest which is still a deal. If you want the brakes and master bearing kit $1600.

Looks like it's setup for 3 channel ABS with a sensor on the pumpkin, correct? Where are you located in Florida? I have a good friend that lives in Jacksonville and comes up to see family from time to time, I may be interested in this even though I'm always skeptical about buying large, high dollar items without seeing them in person. But I am in the market for a Strange 12 bolt posi
