Default WTB: Complete uncut wiring harness and PCM

I need a complete UNCUT wiring harness and PCM that will work flawlessly with my 6.0 LQ4. Its out of a 2005 chevy 2500 if that makes a difference. Let me know, Thanks.

if the motor is going in a f-body? i have a fbody pcm it was tuned for a 6.0 so a reflash may be needed depending on what ur doing to it, great condition works awsome just going to a carb'd setup

The motor is going into a G-body which shouldnt make any difference in the main wiring. I might have to do adjustments but I just need a complete harness that will fit a 2005 LQ4 from a chevy truck. I was also wondering if the PCMs were model and year specific, or if I could just use a PCM from anything LS series and tune it accordingly...Let me know. Thanks

Definately uncut. They should work with your 05 no problem. I would assume your truck has a throttle by wire tb on it?

100% positive its complete and uncut ? Did GM use one harness for these motors or how do you know it will work? Yes I have drive by wire, but I might be getting rid of it. Let me know, Thanks

Your reluctor wheel on your crank will have to be removed and changed back to a 24x tooth in order to run those along with your crank sensor.. If your reluctor on your crankshaft looks like the one shown in the attached thread on the right it is a 58x tooth and won't work with either of those computers.

Is this the only issue with using earlier PCM's? Is there any benfit to having a 58 tooth? Man this is starting to get confusing..Let me know, Thanks

All prior to late 2003 had a 24 tooth after that they all have 58 tooth reluctors. Don't think there is actually any benefit either way, but seeing as how you already have the correct crank sensor, and DBW setup seems like it would be easier to get a ECM that would work with that. Or get a 24 tooth reluctor have it swapped out on the crankshaft and run a pre 2004 ECM and crank trigger. I know it is a pain in the *** to deal with all this. I never have gotten a straight answer as to if you can change the tooth count in the ECM or not.

His engine still have the 24 toot wheel. The only thing that got the big count wheel in 05 i think was the corvette.

Look at your crank position sensor and tell me what color the connector is. I bet it is black. If so it is a 24 tooth sensor.
