nevermind,, DANZWS6 took my money and shipped me the wrong side and will not refund my money even if i send the parts back. I do not want to loose even more money and have no more time to wait after all this BS. geeerrrrr

he should send you the other one on HIS dime. I had a similar incident last year where i needed a passenger side handle for the top of the back seat because mine had to basically be destroyed to get it out due to a jammed bolt when i was reupholstering them. anyway during the parts wanted process i repeatidly said passenger side, never said right or left so they wouldn't get confused and the person sent me the wrong side. i immediatly contacted him and he was like "oh crap yeah i did send you the wrong side, my bad" and he immediatly sent me the correct side without asking for the old one back or asking me to pay for shipping on the second one. when the seller makes the mistake of sending the wrong part when it's clearly stated what part is wanted, they should send the right part on their dime or refund the money if the right part isn't available.

Thanks for that,, I agree totaly. I actually got 2 different parts from him shipped at once.
He has still never addressed why he sent the wrong side. He gave alot of excuses why it was late shipping out, I assume he got fed up with me wondering why 8 days after my last payment cleared he didnt have both items sent yet..... and I think he sold me a trim he didnt have and tryed to pull a fast one thinking I wouldnt knowtice when I got it.
The other part was useable, but in junk shape,,, no paint whatso ever and rusted,,, looked like it was off a burn car.
Thanks everyone,,, unless he would refund the $ and he still says he wont,,, I have no money in the paypal to get one on here right now.
Im going to be putting the car in a show very soon and need to track one down locally now. thanks anyhow guys.

Oh I didnt tell you,,,, he told me to send him the payment "as a gift" thru paypal so it wouldnt cost him fees to receive the $$ but little did I know if you do that you are not eligible to open a claim,,, so if someone asks you to do that they are probably ganna screw you over.

So I have another sale for one currently pending with a different kind user on here!
