i need these:
oil pump,
long tube headers
y pipe
valve springs, pushrods, and cam, 113 lsa lower lift (mild cam)
underdrive pulley
headbolts
I am on the fence about a bigger cam and if I get a good enough deal I will consider buying a stall for it because I have a pretty good hookup on a decent stall.

I have an East Coast Supercharger cam.....dyno time only. Lift is not huge...about 585 int @ .050" and 575 ex @ .050".....114 LC...I cam double check the duration but about 235/240. Three bolt cam for LS1/LS2/LS6...not a single bolt cam. $150 plus shipping..thx!

Good stuff man!! I'm trying to get some more power, no huge numbers because I'm an A4, so I'm ok there. Also, trying to get it done on a decent budget too. I can't afford heads and and intake, well maybe if it's decent used stuff...

The only way I could afford it was to purchase one thing a month for about 6 months before I had all the major stuff. I saved myself a good $2k by doing the work myself. The two most valuable things I learned, this being my first build, was that it's EASY to strip aluminum if your torque wrench isn't set correctly and how to use a helical! In any case, I wanted to do it once and get it all done so I didn't have to get back into the engine a second time. It's difficult enough to get into it once since so much is up under the dash. It helped that this car isn't my only driver, so I could take my time on the work.
