Yes, sounds like the same thing as the timing tricker.
So many fancy ways to package a 50 cent resistor aren't there?

I can buy a pack of a dozen resistors at Radio Shaq for about $.50.

I can't believe people on ebay make money off that... if it were me my consciounse (sp?) would be bothering me too much... selling a resistor for 7 bux and promising up to 20hp improvement... lol...
