Can you relate the rich/lean at idle to any sensor
input? Like IAT, ECT, MAP? It may take a few days
with different weather to make any conclusion but
if you can determine that (say) IAT is what drives
the error, then maybe you play with the charge bias
tables, etc.
The way you describe it, the mixture swings wide
in a fairly short time and maybe a regular pattern
(if you wait long enough). See if ECT or IAT move
on a similar (or better yet, identical) timescale.
You're looking for "fellow travelers" who might be
provoking the drift.

I found a repository on Hptuners website claiming to have the pulse widths for the 30lb svo. they claim it is manuf. specs but still doesn't want to stay at stoich no matter how lean i make it. Have attached the tune so someone can look at it. Would the short pulse adder need to get higher or lower to lean out?
