Throwing codes and dying. KR is scary, too. log inside

Im throwing a P0103 for high voltage MAF, P0704 for clutch switch, P0122 for TPS sensor, P0405 for EGR valve... Also throwing a B1001 code, which i cant seem to find what its for. MY car sputters up towards higher RPMs and sort of dies out, not shuts off, just hesitates a lot towards higher RPMs. Here is a log of what happened. Thanks

come on guys, can anyone help me out here? I really think something must be wrong. Like knock sensor or something?

Has anyone had the chance to check out my log? I think theres a little something more than the error codes it is throwing.

i posted a log of how it drove at WOT, you can see the KR spike, which worries me, because i just filled my bottle up and s=have yet to spray it, so it couldnt be because of spray.
