Default Ran over RACOON! Now NO B2,S1 o2 sensor ACTIVITY

I just recently ran over a racoon and the SOB ripped off my right side o2 sensor! As soon as it happened the SES light came on and I stopped and parked the car on the side of the road and got a ride to the auto parts store.

After I hooked the new o2 sensor up I decided to monitor it to make sure that nothing else got screwed up. With my scanner, I cleared the code and then I noticed that BANK 2 SENSOR 1 voltage is at a constant steady .450 to .455 and BANK 1 SENSOR 1 is up and down measuring from .1 to .9 volts. I tried another brand new sensor and it still remains at .450 v. Also, BANK 2 SENSOR 2 is at a constant .450 v and does not change while BANK 1 SENSOR 2 fluctuates as normal.

I decided to check the voltage going to the front o2 sensors. I performed this test with the key on and the engine not running.
They are as follows:

BANK 1 SENSOR 1
PINK (D) 12.23 v
BROWN (A) 3.85 v
PURPLE (B) 1.23 v
BLACK (C) GROUND

BANK 2 SENSOR 1
PINK (D) 12 v
BROWN (A) 1.3 v
PURPLE (B) .9 v
BLACK (C) GROUND

The volts seem to be a little low on the passenger side sensor but, all in all, I think it should work. I tried disconnecting the battery for a while to see if it resets itself but NO LUCK.

I pulled a couple of plugs on each bank and they all look perfect.

IMO, the computer is in a default mode and can not get out of it ?

What else should I try?

How should I go about testing the wires? What pins on the PCM are for the o2 sensor?

Could I have a bad PCM ?

Please, any help would be greatly appreciated as this is my daily driver!

If it matters, my car is a 98 LS1 Camaro w/ a P1SC Procharger and my rear o2's are not active.

a tip for all you readers out there... when your o2 sensor goes out, and the car runs like crap, unplug the coolant temp sensor, its on the front of the driver side head, unplug it and the engine will go into closed loop mode!

when you swap o2s swap both at the same time even know the other one is still good. does the car run bad at all? if it still runs hard then i wouldent worry about it.

Did you clean off the mating surface for the O2? Also try switching them and see if the same thing happens, it could be possible you got a bad one from the store maybe.

I have 2 AC sensors and 2 Bosch sensors. I tried all four of them.

Matting surface? I was under the impression that the o2 sensor was not grounded to the exhaust.

No, the car does not run bad.

Why wouldn't I worry about the o2 sensor? It doesn't work and therefor it does not control and contribute to required adjustments.
