Default TCC Slippage.

The converter is a 3800 9.5'' converter. At cruise it takes a few seconds to finally lock and then it will slowly start slipping.. D2903 and D2904 are raised accordingy.I logged Converter Clutch Slip Speed. I raised D2905 25%-30% and got the converter within 20-90 rpm slippage, then after a few miles down the road it got to over a 150 rpm and slowly kept on going up to 250 rpm until we came back. How much can a guy raise this to? Also is there a posibility that the clutch could be bad?

I don't know what your "Dxxxx" means but you have to look at
how the pressure gets to the TCC, starting with the force motor
(PCS). TCC gets a duty-cycle fraction of that. At cruise on my
car, stock, the PCM was commanding 0%, minimum line. That
was not enough for a 10" TCI and maybe not enough for yours
either.

Get an idea of the Delivered Torque values where you slip and
the commanded force motor mA or duty, whichever your tuning
tool may show for table axis. You need to give it more (and may
as well set TCC Duty min, max to full-on and try to kill any "slip
learning").
