Predator for $250

I have a chance to get a brand new predator for 2000 ls1 for $250 includes shipping. Good or bad deal?

are you SURE its brand new? if it is jump on it and sell it for a profit. new they are 400+. if its used then you'll be paying 250 for a scanner as once its used for programming its locked into that particular pcm.

i think if its used it can be reflashed cant it? but yea damn u better get it before someone else does lol even if its just a scan tool, i have made about 400 bucks doing diagnostics with it lol

He says its brand new. He sent me pictures of it in the box via his camara phone. He bought it for a 2003 truck but it cant be used on the 03 truck. So he is selling it at almost half what he payed. Makes me wonder if it is really new?

i think all they do is write the program for your vin, if u send it back they can do it. jsut dont know if they wanna do it maybe....
