Crank Relearn.......P1336.......how to do it

I got one,what if you have this code but vehicle is now not firing,unable to crank to do relearn or anything,when guy was doing a relearn when he was raising the Ron the rotor came loose and engine backfired,hasn't ran since,have no fire but have history p 1336 code,any idea why it won't fire,changed coil,module cam position sensor,crank sensor,I am at wits end

Also, a new thread may have been more appropriate for this, but I have to give you props for your research here.

ChopperDoc is giving good advice.
First, the cam sensor can be ruled out - even if disconnected, the engine will start half the time; the other half of the time it backfires.
Your mention of "rotor" and "changed coil" make me think this is not a typical LS1 engine with a PCM and 8 coil packs; if true you need to contact the manufacturer of your aftermarket electronic equipment.
