Dyno graph?

Dyno graph? I just had heads and a cam (see sign) put on and tuned by LS1 edit myself. I went to a local dyno shop to have it dyno'd and the line is not straight but jagged all the way through. Could someone tell me what was causing this? You can not hear any missing or breaking up while running. Thanks.

Up to 5K the graph is smooth, so this is not an effect of the smoothing function in the Dynojet software.
It looks like detonation to me, it could be false knock or real you can't tell from the graph.

Any reason why the graph doesn't display the air/fuel ratios? A/F's are one of the most important parts of the dyno-tune.
And why can't the shop/person who took the money from you for use of the dyno tell you? This a question not expecting an answer.
I question shops who do dynotunes and charge for it but can't interpret/explain the results to their customers.
