Default Passenger Side Coil Packs are all out.. What to check?

Hey guys,

just finished my rebuild and got the car running (sort of) today. It won't idle, it just shuts off once you let the RPM's down.

I had a check engine light and I checked them.. P0352, P0354, P0356. and P0358. All for cylinders 2, 4, 6, and 8. Apparently my coil packs aren't getting power/ground. My friend poked around with a test light, and it seemed like the main harness for that side wasn't getting the power/grounds it should be

Could anyone shed some light on this or tell me what wires to check? Are there any specific ground locations for the coil packs?

Thank you!

Start checking fuses. I think each bank has its own circuit. If you have a blown fuse, check for a short to ground in the harness, pinched wire, etc.

The injector fuses are related to the coil packs?

Yep, INJ2 feeds coils and injectors on bank 2.

Fixed it! The ground at the main connector for the coil packs on the passenger side wasn't sitting tight in the harness. We took it out, tightened the crimp on the pin, and seated it back in tighter. problem solved!

I may have to check this I have just p0358 and I swapped the coil harness and bought a new coil so I'll have to look at the main harness.... I clear the code and after so.e wot pulls, then I get the code pending in HP Tuners scanner...
