Yes you can turn the knock sensors off with tuning but keep in mind they will no longer let you know if the car is knocking at all.

Did you check the knock sensor harness if it has a pinch?

I wouldn't tune a PD blower in a nice car like that with no knock sensors that sees the inconsistencies of pump fuel. The absolute best approach is to have the repairs made.

Agreed. Something is wrong, fix it or plan on buying internals instead of simple bolt-on's.

Hey.. lets tune out the knock sensors on a boosted car... While we are at it... lets install those cross drilled brake lines.

Fix the problem.

Maybe an issue with the tune and its actually detecting knock? Also, where did you get your knock sensors from? Check the resistance range on them, I've gotten a knock sensor in the past from Napa, wrong resistance. After going crazy for a few weeks I got desperate and went to the dealership. They figured it out and stabbed the proper one in.
Live and learn!
