Default 99 vette new engine back in wont stay running - codes

Rebuilt my engine in my 99 vette. ported heads, 224/224 .580/.580 112 cam, LGM MAF, and headers.... the rest is all stock.

I have HP Tuners. I added a bit to the idle airflow chart to try and start and set idle to 950.

It starts, sounds good then idle comes down to 950 hangs a second and then dies. I can barely keep it running tapping the gas sometimes, but only for maybe 10 seconds. But for the most part the gas pedal does nothing but flood it with air.... no gas. It seems like it runs out of gas. The throttle position sensor is reading right in the scanner though.. 0-100%

Fuel rail has plenty of gas. Seems to run really good for the 5 seconds it stays running.

These are the codes im getting.

(convenience) U1064 - Loss of communication to the DIM
(convenience) U1096 - Loss of communication to the IPC
(restraints) B1001 - Option configuration error
(Brake) C1278 TCS Temporarily inhibited by PCM
(PCM) P0443 Evap solenoid valve 1
(PCM) PO803 1-4 upshift malfuntion

Any ideas what they are? Related?

Fuel rail has plenty of gas? How did you check this? It may have 5-10 psi when you are pushing the schrader valve, but it won't run the engine.. Get a fuel pressure gauge if you didn't already.
My guess is fuel supply....

That link I posted pretty much summed it up. Im sure there is a ground wire disconnected on the back of the head.... F'ing idiots that designed these cars... I dont know how to get to it.

Found a broken ground wire in back for the fuel pump. Runs ok now. But still getting the communication errors.

How long did the car sit before the engine was back in it? Those modules are connected through the serial data line and if they don't see enough voltage they can trip a code for loss of communication. If your battery got weak from sitting a long time without a charge I would first try charging that up good- it's cheap and easy.

(convenience) U1064 - Loss of communication to the DIM
(convenience) U1096 - Loss of communication to the IPC

these are just from flashing the PCM and making it ignore these connected devices.

It sat for awhile but I just pulled the battery out of my TA and threw it in. I know I always get the "pull key wait 10 seconds" error so im sure the voltage is slightly low on start up. If that is all it is I guess its ok.
