Help !! diablo not reading computer!!!!!! My predator tuner cannot read the vehicle type(1). I messed somthing up by turning on my AC while doing a live data log. It was hot! As soon as I turned the AC on the tuner went dark and my dash cluster beeped and flashed like when loading a tune. I unplugged it and turned the car off. The tuner comes on when I plug it in and when it prompts me to turn the ignition to the on position it says it can't read the vehicle type(1). It also will not read trouble codes etc. I checked the fuses under the dash and on the passenger side under the hood and none where blown. can anyone help? Thanks
Try disconnecting the battery for a minute.
