IAC Counts at 0 after LSX intstall

Thanks,
Chad
disconnect the IAC motor and get to idle w/ a shim
between throttle cam tang and the the closed-stop.
That way the IAC won't try and hide it from you
before you can hear the RPM change.
If you get near the leak the RPM will change, drop
most likely. I would suspect either the TB-intake
face, like a kinked or missing O-ring seal (?), or one
or more of the intake-head ports - this is where I
think a lot of the Holley intakes had leak problems.
Now, the LSX is also a multi-piece design? Could be
something funny along the parting lines, some flash
or something that keeps it from sealing perfectly?
Last of all I think there's some blowout plug in the
back (all of this is fuzzy recollection from ad pix so
I could just possibly be confused) that maybe isn't
sealed up tight?
Anyway, see if you can find it with the propane...
just "paint" it methodically and see what if anything
responds.
I also did check around the intake for leaks and had none.
