If you've got an LS1 or LS6 car, Frost sells some dual flash PCM's. You can load up a different tune on each flash chip an change with the flip of a switch and a cycle of the key.

Our handheld tools will hold multiple custom tunes that can easily be changed any time you choose, without dragging a laptop out to the vehicle

EFI Live allows you to store unlimited tunes on SD cards and flash them without a laptop using their V2 interface
Before I'd reccomend a Dual Flash I'd reccomend a Moates Roadrunner PCM which allows live realtime tuning and flashing without shutting off the vehicle

Last time I talked to Frost he didn't have any in stock and acted like there wasn't gonna be any for a while but that was back in Jan. He may have some now but I got my dual flash from MRK-Motorsports. Just a heads up.

Why do you need multiple tunes (what is your motive/objective, what are you running)...?

well, ive had mutiple discussions with people on if a cut out was worth it or not.

im currently fabing up true duals over the axel with crush bends and i was going to add cut outs after the LTs.

performance will be alot worse with the cut outs capped because of the crush bends

if i tuned it with the cutouts open, then i will have a rich tune when im running with them closed. and visa versa.

thats bad on the engine, so i want to be able to store 2 tunes (1 for street and 1 for strip)

I'd assume that even with the crush bends, the true dual system will still flow somewhat decent and maybe cause the car to run .2~.3 points richer. That is NOT that bad for the engine and worth 5hp...maybe 10hp tops. I'd just tune it with the cutouts open and call it good.

Link for more information? Sounds pretty convenient if it's as simple as you imply.

Just google efilive

you will see the website, goto the Downloads page and install the V7 software to play with (the install includes some real log/tune files to view/edit).
