Need help understanding a STFT problem!
Edit: Just guessing that the leak is enough to cause issues in normal idle load/cell area. Add a little load (a/c pump), and the air requirement for the increased load changes enough (and the leak is small enough) that the leak becomes masked.
Just a guess though...

dumb and only reacts to that the sensors are (or aren't)
doing. If heater and switching codes are killed you can follow
a bad sensor(s) right into the weeds. The added accessory
load makes more exhaust heat and brings them back around.
Of course more actual air (load) will also bury a leak.
