Using the GM flex fuel sensor on an Fbody
It’s not that simple swapping to a P59 with an LT1 car. The car is running fine tho, besides the A/C. It’s a 1994 Z28 using the plug and play Torque Head kit..
I had to go from the 2005 GMT800 system and thus A/C segment to a 2005 Van system and a/c segment to make the ac work in my P59 run 1997 Express. Both are analog input setups.
Holy crap what a big read. I have a 2000 fbody t56 DBC I just want to run flex fuel, not worried about boost ill go holley eventually. What's needed to run flex fuel while retaining my a/c, cruise and whatnot?
Don't listen to that. Use a P59 PCM, add a E85 sensor, 2004 Hummer H2 603 OS (the best for f-body, because only the ASR doesn't work instead of everything), and segment swap the Fuel segment with a 2004 Tahoe Flexfuel. Tune it with your stock data/modded data.
That's it.
The Tahoe OS is the worst OS for that purpose.
