All I see are people saying they tried or only need to tune it, or just need to connect it. . .

Does anyone currently have it working in there car?

Would you mind sharing which PCM you are using and OS ID? Is it setup for N/A, 2bar or 3bar?

I've done it with the 2002 12216125 OS in an F-Body using a P01 (411 PCM). Works great. There is no 3-bar enhancement for this though...only 2-bar if you need it.

I've also done it with a P59 in a truck using both the 12606961 OS and 12592618 OS. These both have 2 and 3-bar enhancements in HPTuners.

P01 controllers only have the one OS and very limited on tables and resolution as compared to the P59's.

ALL of the P59 controllers support Flex Fuel, period. The problem with timing on some OS's working and not on others is popular editors do not have access to a blend factor table. I have been using this on many different OS's for some time now even starting out with files not originally setup for Flex Fuel.

For an Fbody the most native and best solution is a P59 controller with IAC drivers and a GTO operating system.

All OS's pre-05 were designed for a sensor to be used. In 2006 GM incorporated Virtual Flex Fuel which monitored fuel trims after filling the fuel tank to determine fuel composition. With that said the OS's that have Virtual Flex Fuel have the option/switch to select sensor equipped or not (Virtual).

Can a 411 with that os still run an effective flex fuel?

Also if anyone has a comprehensive list of how to re-pin from a 411 to an e40 that would be great. People keep mentioning how easy it is to do flex fuel that way and that it's mostly just adding some grounds but I can't find pin out that are labeled similar so I know what to swap around

I have a 2004 GTO, I have bought the sensor and all the parts, and would love to know if anyone has made this successfully work with the GTO OS. Also, how is the timing modified? The GTO OS does not have access to the timing vs. fuel composition table as a 2004 5.3 FF OS does.

Taking a look at a 04 gto pin out of the pcm. i dont see a pin for a fuel comp sensor. i may be wrong and another OS or pcm may be used but im not seeing how it could work.

I thought it was pin 56 blue that did that. On a different note, what would I have to do in order to run a PCM out of a P59 FF vehicle? I'm talking about getting a PCM off of ebay or somewhere like that, then plugging into my GTO. I know I would probably have to disable VATS and copy over the values from my PCM, but will the VIN mismatch cause the car not to start?

Looking on all data, i cant find a pin that would work. unlike the ff tahoe os i put in my silverado. which had the right pin. problem with that p59 is i think it was drive by wire... and the gauges would be tough to make work.
