Default AEM Wideband (what wire to tap into for power source)

I need to know what wire (color) I need to tap into for the power source when hooking up the AEM air/fuel wideband. Is there a wire I can tap into under the steering column?

So the red wire needs to be tapped into a wire in the ECU? If so, which one,

Bought the kit complete with everything. My o2's are tuned out (open loop SD tune) so I'm hooking the sensor right into the o2 port on the driver's side header.

Has 4 wires, but only 2 that have to hooked up are red and black. It says to connect the red to a 10-18 volt powered source utilizing a fuse. What wire under the steering colmn or around the radio will work.?

You can pull power from the fuse panel, there is a spare ignition supply in there.Just use a flat terminal to connect.

Could you explain how to pull power from the fuse panel? When I wired in my shift light, I pulled power from the pink wire in a harness by the radio/cigarette lighter. I appreciate the help guys.

I just wired my Aem wide band in last week. If you look in the fuse panel on the side of your dash you will see an empty spot that is labeled ignition. I believe it is in the bottom left corner. You can plug a flat terminal in there to get your power. Just add an inline fuse and you should be good to go .

Thanks guys. So I just need to buy a flat terminal and plug it into that fuse location and run the power to there? Sound simple enough. Did you guys route the o2 sensor harness up through where the shifter is?

So just to make sure I get everything I need, I need to pick up a flat terminal and inline fuse? I already have leftover wire from the shift light install.

I saw on a another thread where a guy said to put a flat blade connector in the IGN spot (1st open slot on far left), which is a switched 12v power source. Will a flat blade connector stay?
