Default Can randomly dies (heads/cam/lt/c5z)

I have a friend who recently bought a 02 Z06, car has 21k miles and has AFR heads, FAST intake, cam, long tubes, etc. He bought the car from a dealership who traded for it so we don't know all the specs on the cam but its not a real big cam. Anyways, when he first got the car it would idle down and die when he would turn the A/C on, so he took it to a tuner here in Birmingham. He said he could fix it, that it was more than likely in the tune and that is what I told him as well. He took it and got it tuned and drove it home and as soon as he got off the interstate the car died. He took it back and the tuner told him it needs new 02 sensors and spark plugs and that would fix the random dying. I knew that wasn't his problem but we did it anyways. Car still dies. Now the car will just randomly die when it is neutral, not so much when the A/C is on anymore but just randomly when the car is in neutral. Anyone think this is tune related or a mechanical failure? The car doesn't have any codes in it. Car runs great other than the random stalling.

Can definitely be in the tune. How long did the tuner that "fixed" it spend on it?

Around 4 hours the first trip and 4 hours the second trip.

It sounds like it's a 6 speed? Does it do this when you push the clutch in at any speed? Or just neutral at idle?

Yes it's a 6-speed. It will die at any speed.

Its really hard to say without seeing a tune file and log. I would take a guess though and say that BRAF isn't correct.

What throttle body is on it? I have a PTM 92mm that was giving me nightmares trying to get my idle right until I opened up the IAC passage on it.

If you drop into neutral and let the clutch out instead of riding the clutch while you coast or brake, does it still die?

It usually only dies when the clutch is pushed in.

Throttle follower or throttle cracker might need to be adjusted.
