I agreed. They are started to work hard to stay afloat. But they are really greedy as pricing goes.

 

I don't think we've raised our prices since we've started the company, 13 years ago. In fact, our prices, (cost in credits for licensing, etc..) have DECREASED many times over the year, while our operational costs have gone up, every year.

Glad everyone is liking the new 3.0 software. We are taking feeback very seriously and working hard to make sure any initial release issues are addressed asap.

You are right, you are working hard. But some things in your service sucks. Sorry to tell you. Simple issue, I have ordered a replacement OBD2 cable (lost mine) from you site almost 3 (three) week ago. Not big deal, 38 dollars or so. Since then nothing.... Quiet like a grave. Do not want to bother no one, just waiting and waiting and waiting. I will be back in 3 (three) months to report a progress.

Thank you Keith for monitoring billboards, wish you do the same with your sale department.

I was just bitching. In reality it is a great product and they are working really hard to improve it. Price... yes I wish it will be better but I also hate to pay $6 for bear at bar. Plus tip....

 

I also wish to be dating a supermodel and have another as side chick...but hey some things are a bit unrealistic.

What you and your "bear" do at the bars is your private life...no need to share that with us.
