I wish I could find that article where they chassis dyno tested the 2000 cars (f-body, w-body, mustangs, vette, etc). The F-body put down almost the same RWHP as the Vette...

Focus on the whole displacement, for which there be no replacement,
find inside the engines panels, a space between which bearings metals
determines whether oil makes it, for at some revolutions the oil fakes it
cylinder fill then takes its place, the champion of the finished race

Mines made 307whp and 317wtq with just a SLP lid and Single y pipe to flowmaster duals.Car had been tuned with ls1 edit prior to me buying it me not knowing.
