it will work on all 1999 V8 f-cars if thats what you bought your license for.

I've used mine on a few cars so far ws6's SS, Z28, and a RX7 (swap )

yes its the same hypertech does them by year and engine code and they are both the same. hope that helps

no, not the same as hypertech, HP tuners is also platform specific, so you can't tune a vette with a f-car license.

where hypertechs are a couple year, and not platform specific.

my old 1997-1998 vette & 1998 F-car hypertech would do what it takes 3 licenses for on hptuners.
