I have been having a hell of a time with my swapped 5.3 s10 blazer, long story short it runs very well without O2 sensors hooked up but when I hook the O2 sensors up it sounds like it has a big cam and runs terribly. Here is a link to the thread where I have provided information on this problem https://ls1tech.com/forums/conversio...sor-issue.html
Here are some images of what the system does while it is acting up
Also just to add, when it does this the truck starts smoking too. Once I disconnect the O2 sensors it clears up and I have driven it 300 miles or so with the O2 sensors disconnected with no problem. These logs were at 153 Degrees F.

I am not familiar with the stuff your using but if it runs fine with the 02 unpluged and based on the reading that 1 is pegged a 1 Volt and the other appears to be at .015, I would say there bad. They should cycle up and down as it's running.
You can try pulling the maf plug and see if the 02 sensors are cycling.

If not replace them.
well that's the thing, they are brand new sensors.
Unplug one side and see if the scanner shows 450MV on the side you unplugged.
This scanner I'm using doesn't seem to really show me MV of the O2 sensors. I would also assume clearing the codes and hooking up bank 1 (drivers side) sensor and if it doesn't show up as in trouble that would work too?
You're right... haha. Neither one is really in that range currently and I am starting to think the way my scanner reads is not showing the switching of the sensors correctly or something, because I assume they should be up and down a hell of a lot more I thought.

I think your O2 sensors are swapped left and right. i.e. wiring harness is crossed.
this was it!! Thank you to both of you, swapped the harness wires on 66 and 69 and it runs better than ever, closed loop mode with no problems at all. I owe you both a beer or 10 haha!
