From what? 3.4?

Ive used 3.6 since it came out.
I don’t think it added any features for us.
If anything, I think they hosed the chart portion of the scanner. The traces don’t follow the table data.
3.7 beta is available as well

If you decide to update, copy what you have to a mem stick. Otherwise 3.6 will delete it for you.....

"Thank you for contacting support

We currently have no eta for the outputs to return, I believe the last version that supported them was 2.24"

screw it i'm going holley or MS as soon as I have the dough

Really not sure why they add stuff, then remove it, if it's useful.

my guess is to make computing room for the nearly useless RTT crap

RTT is very useful, I always use it to reduce flashes. I can tune a vehicle in a fraction of the time it takes without RTT
Regardless of that, RTT isn't the cause they removed EIO outputs since that is a feature of the scanner, completely isolated from the enhanced RTT OS. They simply have given it a low priority

RTT has been really buggy for me and eats battery really fast.

but youre right--- i am just being a brat about it.

maybe if enough people who want to see the outputs email support they will bring it back.

send your email here:

support@hptuners.com

subject line: attn: William Henn MVPI Pro EIO output capability

copy and paste this message into the body:

Please bring back the user configurable outputs for the p01 and p59 computers. They are especially useful in creating boost by gear, staging nitrous and other traction and power control strategies.

I tried RTT. Its useful. I kinda prefer the old school pull over and flash method bc usually im tuning by myself and im used to doing it that way.

I have only had spotty success with RTT on any platform I have tried it on. It seems like a much better theory than reality. Oddly enough, I really don't care so much whether they revive outputs or not, as I would rather have a vehicle that is fully functional without the tuning cable attached. That being said, why not put back in a few lines of code if it helps somebody?

Everytime I have tried using it, my wideband reading freezes up on the HPTuners, but not the actual gauge...

The external wideband gauge continues to read fine, but no movement at all on the HPTuners screens. Works fine for about 5-10 minutes, then freezes up...

If I do like you said you do, the old pull over and reflash, then it stays working/reading fine...

Mine does the same thing. Its annoying because it could be useful, but if it kills the reading i use whats the point?

Histogram it is.

Idk, maybe hit or miss. My mpvi pro stopped working, i emailed support and with in 15 minutes a guy named William ( same as Bill i see around at times?) emailed me back. We went back and forth several times with questions and answers and he answered every time with in 15 minutes. I was very pleased and surprised with the email support.

Agree the email support has always been great for me...

I'm talking about their own forum...I very rarely get any reply at all, no matter what the subject/problem/issue/question...
