Minimum equipment to change fan on temp

Minimum equipment to change fan on temp I’ve already sent my PCM out twice to be flashed and completely forget to have my fan temps changed the last time. Sending it out again will put me over $250 spent and I’m starting to kick myself for not just getting a cheap tuner of my own in the first place. What’s the bare minimum piece of equipment I can buy that can change these settings?

A standard HP Tuner VCM Suite is $499 & it comes with 8 credits worth $50 a piece = $400. So the dongle, cables & Scanner cost you $100.
That a pretty good deal in my opinion, Mine has paid for itself 10 times over just turning off VATS & Catalytic Converter codes for people.

OR buy a used HP Tuner that has no credits, and just buy the credit needed for your car, and then you can work little by little on whatever you want!!!!!
If you buy any hand held tuner box, it will wipe whatever you have as a tune or will not work.

I bought a diablosport i2. It downloads and backs up whatever tune is on your PCM if you choose to back it up. But I’m sure no one here cares, clearly this forum is just hp tuner leg humpers.

If you have sent your PCM to the same person/vendor twice, they should provide decent customer service and charge you a discounted amount just to alter the fan temps. I was under the impression that part of the cost was for the ability to unlock and tune the PCM. If they have already tuned it, it shouldn't cost any more to alter it again besides time and effort if I am not mistaken. If they insisted that I pay full price, then I would be a disgruntled customer and possibly negatively review them.
You could always buy a fan switch to turn on the fans whenever you want. Shouldn't break the bank, but it is more cumbersome then getting the fan temp tuned lower.
