2 problems, your MAP data is wrong as you're logging 133KPA with key on engine off. This should be 100KPA unless you're in an area with lower barometric pressure.

plus, your IAT sensor is open circuit. that will through air mass and fueling calculations off by a mile.

if you have a 2 bar Delphi sensor set linear to 200KPA and off set to 10.33KPA. use the scanner to make sure the MAP records 100KPA with key on engine off.

do that plus install an IAT sensor and use the scanner to check its reporting accurate data and you'll be good to go

Yeah I was doing some testing so I had the iat unplugged, and no I said it was from a 05 Cobalt ss so I've tried the stock settings and u also tried .200 and 10.33 neither worked. I'm not too sure but I'm at 5000 fr altitude so what should be the key on engine off reading

I thought the Cobalt was a 2.5bar sensor. If you input data from a 2bar sensor it will be incorrect.

I bought it from a parts store so it should be for what I asked, and I input the data from the same year make and model
