Default no flex fuel spark advance adder on 3 bar p59

for some reason my flex fuel spark adder table is not adding to my total advance.

is there another place that I need to enable or look at?

the table i'm speaking of is under Engine > Spark> Advance> Spark Correction>Misc> Flex

I'm logging Timing advance, base advance and flex advance and NEVER see any added spark from the flex table.

*I did have problems with the flex fuel not being enabled in my initial OS, and a helpful forum member turned in on with tunercats---maybe the same issue here?

There may be some tables that he missed when enabling Flex Fuel in your file.

I agree. I have started a tune from scratch with the more common 12593058 OS but something is up with it as well. It's not scaling inj pw for alcohol :/

But the tune in my original post runs amazing once you throw some timing at it

What does your alcohol sensor say the percentage is ? Look at your composition adder table. If you have 75% or better, maybe increase the 75% and up to 1.000. See if that works.

so weird. in my version of the editor (3.36) the OS from the tune I put in my first post doesn't have that table. Just a spark adder with RPM vs MAP

huh fancy that. downloaded vcm suite v4.0 and I can see that table now.

not entirely sure how that table works, it appears to be a multiplier for the spark adder table, with the percentage of spark added based on MAP

in which case I want it at 1.0 across the board right?

Now that I look at it again, the tp row is KPA, not alcohol percent like I first thought. Now I am not sure. In my E40 there is a a different table. DISREGARD

no sweat man it got me looking in another direction. I appreciate it. I'm dead stuck as it lies now.
