Default Whats wrong with my tune?

I have a thread in drag racing results, but I feel ill get more insight here.
The car made 370 to the tire on a mustang dyno, but it only ran 12.29@109.5..full weight t-top car.. My stock 02 6 speed (full weight t-top car) ran 13.20@almost 108
the parts I KNOW that it has for a fact are a yank pt4000. 3.73 gears, Ls6 intake, 853 heads and OBX 1 7/8 stainless long tubes
the variables are as follows. I have receipts from the previous owner for an MS4 cam kit, and cnc porting on the heads.

ive included my cold start and tune file.
im not sure whats going on, but Im down mph.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

*edit* heres my thread with slips, and videos

It looks like your previous owner did cam and heads with possibly no tune. This is a recipe for going slower and having shitty driveability.

When I bought the car he said it was "tuned". It started and drove. I took it to a local tuner and he got another 20hp by the tune. It does actually drive good.
I haven't talked to anyone who says my combo is where it should be.

Air and fuel metering is factory.
I'll add that channel to my log files. When it was time my guy said fp was good, but I'll check it out.

do you have a wideband as well? if not, might be a god idea to invest in one. also what track do you go to? FWIW, my brothers 01 T/A with MS4 and bolt-ons with 3.73s and 4k stall full weight before heads was running hi 11s at around 118-120 at 500-800' above sea level at cecil county dragway.

Take off the intake manifold and check the ports in the heads to make sure they are CNC heads.

Went to Milan today, but they cancelled no e/t and test and tune this weekend so I decided to pull the intake.
I'm no expert lol, but these don't look ported at all, let alone CNC'd
