There was a gent on the forum (I believe) that would reprogram your pcm. Remove rear O2, egr , adjust speedo for gear ratio and tire size and trans line pressure. I for the life of me can't remember his name or find my paper work. I thought he was in like penn. or ohio somewhere it that neck of the woods. I need my line pressure turned back down so any help would be appreciated

There's a fair chance you can DIY, using PCM Hammer or LS Droid to read and write the PCM, and TunerPro to edit the .bin file.

Hello,
Yes, if it is a P01 or a P59 powertrain control module, you can certainly do it . . . and for zero cost. As NSFW mentions above, PCM Hammer / LS Droid and Tuner Pro RT can be your friends here - good You Tube videos as well for you to consider. I'm also starting to dabble around with another program called "Universal Patcher" that has allowed me to correct a BIN checksum that I bodged up and I've also done a segment swap with UP.

So I read and read on this downloaded the programs and I believe I'm looking at my bin file but I can not find the trans line pressure parameter. Is it called something funky??

Different XDFs use different terms though. Hopefully someone will eventually take it upon themselves to standardize them but for now, each XDF uses whatever terms the XDF creator preferred.

Others are available. Never edit a BIN OS number with a different XDF number. If you edit a BIN with a mismatched XDF definition file, it is certain that you will cause checksum problems and likely brick any PCM you write that BIN into - not good.
What is your PCM BIN operating system number?
