Woohoo! The new tune and getting rid of the misfires codes finally made it lock up! Shift firmness is soft so I'll work on that. Also, the trans still heats up way too fast (guess due to the radiator heating it up) So i'll be installing at B&M 70266 this week. Hoping thats enuff to cool it down. I could have fit the larger 70274 but I still wanted plenty of airflow going into my HX. Will see if this all works. I'll post my logfile. Thx for everyones help!

So just a fyi, I have a second gen S10. I had my cooler going through the stock radiator, and then out to a stock 00+ Silverado transmission cooler and back to the trans, and it stayed under 200*. That little stock after cooler knocked about 20* or so out consistently. If you get a nice aftermarket cooler in front of your radiator, you should be under 200* no problem.
