I have been having issues with my car trying to die (and sometimes dieing) at stops, but yesterday it just suddenly will not idle at all. If I am not playing with the throttle, or driving, it dies. I was sitting in line at the gas station, and it just died. After that, it will not stay running without throttle. I had to roll up to the pump at 2000 RPMs.
Fuel filter?
Injectors?
Fuel pump?

I would verify your header primaries are all the same temperature.
Sudden drop in idle quality might be a dead hole

I don't know if this will help, but I had a 4th gen with long tube headers that began to really struggle to idle but would drive above idle. Wires to the O2 sensor had burned and shorted to the header, which also takes out the MAF sensor. Unplugging MAF made the car idle, swapping MAF didn't help and that's when I looked harder at the wiring and found the shorted wire.

You need to log it when it's acting up so you can make an educated guess about what's actually going on and what to do instead of
1. Throwing parts at it
2. Have a bunch of people make suggestions that may or may not be helpful.
Make sure you are logging desired and actual IAC and STIT.
