Drill the throttle body or Adjust the Screw??
Seems I have not yet found which one is better. I read there are some problems with the car surging after you adjust the screw on the TPIS and I've heard people saying not to drill your throttle body cuz it will cause problems when you tune. So is there no fix besides just getting it properly tuned. Since my cam swap A/C wont let the car idle, it wants to idel but then it dies. No A/C, idles ok never dies unless its cold. All I want is to raise the idle for now. I need A/C !! A tune will come when the headers go in this fall. Also my car smells a lil rich or is it just the effects of running a 112LSA? Any temporary fix on the idle guys?

Use the set screw. You only get surging if you go to far. If you get surging, back it off a little. I posted the procedure on here, including how to do the TPS reset so the car doesn't think your throttle is always partially open.

Ok I tried the screw method and the car idles ok with A/C now, but now when I got on it it felt like it never reached WOT. I dunno exactly what I felt but the car just didnt have power like it did before I messed with the screw. Maybe the car was just hot. Cuz it took me like 30-45 min till i finally got the screw where it idled rite with the A/C on.

Thats true on the check engine light. I have deleted AIR and EGR and never got a single light. The cam also never gave me any misfires, or SES lights. Its weird. Car seems ok now. I think it was just heat soaked when I finally got the idle rite. Shes been running ok with the A/C on, cant start her up with it have to let it run a min before i kick it on.
