at the end of the cable (the end that goes into the EIO for HPT) wtf is that??? I can't tell it looks like unraveled wires??? lol I would hope that it's a connector of some sort???
Has this been tested with HPT at all yet??? Or is it still just in concept? Can you PM with a link for more info or provide it yourself??? Thanks!

What you are looking at is this unit:
Innovate has reconfigured the board to be housed in a small box at the end of the cable.

I think this sensor will still need the 12V high current
heater / temperature controller feed and won't just be
"screw down two signal wires".
Anyone know if it's supposed to sell for significantly
cheaper than the $314 I got my LM-1 for? It damn well
ought to be.
But I still do like having the WBO2 be standalone-useful
which this appears, not.

I have the Tech Edge 2A0 and was wondering if i could remove one of my stock o2 and put the wb in and use the Simulated narrowband output to give the pcm the readings for that bank?
I was also wondering if you know what the button on the side of the LD01 display is for,ive looked on the web site but have found nothing.all it seems to do is dim the display while the button is held in.

If you are wondering how to use the button :
The instructions are @ the top of the page below and the image on the right shows the logic flow.
http://wbo2.com/2a0/logger.htm
(You can also mount the button away from the unit externally @ http://wbo2.com/2a0/logmods.htm)
As for the price of the 2C0 you can email pete @ techedge

I understand the function of the button on the 2ao unit itself but the LD01 display that i have also has a button on it and i don't seem to be able to find a reference to it on the tech edge site.

[QUOTE=Holden LS1 Tonner]
No problem, The button is really not a button. It is a Light sensor. It is used for the Auto Dimming functionality of the display. It is similar to the sensor for our headlights on our cars @ night on the dash.

I have an ATI D1SC on the way and want to be able to keep tabs on it. I am going to be ordering the software from HP Tuners, and was going to buy a standalone wideband AFR meter for tuning, but using it in conjunction without having to have a separate unit would be great (and cheaper).

Hi,
It's called LC-1. It has the AFR measuring guts of the LM-1 in the cable connector waterproof molded in. No display, no internal logging. Autodetect between Bosch LSU or NTK sensor. Designed to live outside the car between frame rails for example.
Cable can be extended to up to 30ft.
It has on the other cable end:
- 2 analog outs (programmable for any linear curve 0..5V, 0..1V, 1..0V or whatever you choose). Max output resolution of about 1 mV and 0.015 AFR. Programmable range from 8.5 AFR to up to 88.2 AFR. Can be programmed individually for driving analog AFR gauge and ECU.
- 2 Serial ports for datalogging and programming. Multiple LC-1's can be daisy-chained for multichannel AFR. Can also be daisy-chained with LM-1 and LMA-3's for up to 32 channels of realtime logging. Can also be connected to XD-1 digital display(s).
- 12V supply
- Separate grounds for heater, system, analog outs.
- Calibration input. Free air calibration can be initiated by connecting this line to ground with a pushbutton. Also you can connect a LED to that to show status (if XD-1 is not used).
Price not finalized yet.
