I've got a couple questions. I want to be able to tune my WS6, as well as non-computer controlled vehicles (just to check AFR). Will the LC-1 be able to log the AFR, RPM, etc. if plugged into a laptop (not using HPTuners)? I need to be able to log data to tune cars, but I don't really need the control box (with the LM-1), if I can use my laptop. Can someone comment on whether this would work with the new, no-display LC-1 unit? Or does it just produce the numbers for a datalogging system like HPTuners to read? If so, I guess I'll just get the LM-1. But if I can use my laptop, I'll wait for the LC-1 because it is a lot cheaper. Thanks!

you can log AFR w/it as is, but I think in order to log RPM standalone you'll need an RPM Converter too (need that w/the LM-1 device too) using HPT lets ya get away from having to buy the RPM Module assuming you have a laptop, HPT EIO cable and it's a GM OBDII car

Ok, so for my case I could get the LC-1 for $199, and the RPM Converter for $99, and I could LOG (not just display) the AFR and RPM of a NON-computer controlled car via laptop without buying additional logging software?

the LM-1 yes, it has 2 analog outputs so you can run 1 output to the gauge and 1 to the HPT cable

LC-1 i'm not sure what features it'll support since it's not on innovates site

that dude thats been posting up about it said it has 2 analog outputs. Which would enable a connection to both HPT and a guage.
