No one on the LTx side uses BS3... XFI is the most popular, and then Gen7. Honestly, I don't know how nasty your setup is, but any of them could take you DEEP into single digits. They all have their shortcomings and advantages. Some features you'll never need, some you'll have to add-on to get. They can all do the wideband input, closed-loop fueling, etc. I do have to say, although the Accel unit is very easy to set up... if you did happen to have a question GOOD LUCK! It took 2 weeks just to get an email back for a part number for a nitrous harness

FAST has a brand new version out now, 2.0. We'll be using one on the LSxTV.com build we're doing (PSCA motor)

Also, the Holley Dominator is worth a look. Very cool features. Probably more user configurable inputs and outputs than any other system on the market right now. Plus there's an intergrated nitrous controller, and trans controller, and an internal boost controller is in the works. We'll be using a couple of them on a couple different builds we've got going right now.
