I would like to thank all of you that are making it a lot easer on many of our customers who are first time tuners and also sparking advanced conversation for some of our more advanced customers as well.
Documents like these and posts made on both LS1 tech and www.hptuners.com makes it easier for us at HP Tuners to spend more time developing our future products.
Thanks guys.
- Keith, HP Tuners

Thanks to the poster and to the person who compiled all of the info from numerous posts. Kudos!
Any future plans to add trans tuning? ie what to change after a higer stall TC installed. Also, extending shift points.

All,
I put this together from many, many posts from a bunch of different people. About halfway through, I thought that I should have made better notes of who I 'stole' information from so I could give credit where it is due. I'm working on an update at the moment that will be better laid out and add some additional information.
If anyone wants me to add some specific subjects, please email me, z06_pwr@mac.com, and I will incorporate. I'm looking for the following:
Information on oxygen sensor switch points
Automatic trans table information, as I have a Z06 and can't help out here
Torque management stratagy and settings
RAF tuning information
Thanks to all that have contributed information and I hope no one is offended.

Glad to see that somebody was able to do it.
I had no idea this would create so much traffic. I was just trying to learn as much as possible and document it for future reference.
As an FYI, the area's in red haven't been integrated yet. Just cut and pasted at this point.

Found a slight error or addition that should be added. When viewing the Histogram to make VE changes make sure your Viewing the Average LTFT and not Max. I redid my ve at first to the max values and wondered why I started running -10 LTFT's. lol..

Question about LTFT learn: after I first adjust ltfts do I rescan with relearn fuel curve active like the initial scan, or rescan with relearn off?
Also, when do I reset the MAF setting to get rid of that SES light? Code 103 I think it is?
This is good stuff for a tuning newb like me.
