Detonation Please Help

Detonation Please Help Ok amungst other crap going on ,I have all of a suddon this year am experiencing Detination.Pinging Spark Knock big time.I just thought I ran into bad gas but I have tried 3 other stations since.It acures at low 1400 to 2000 Rpms .16g/cyl to .4g/cyl .I noticed I a slow Bank1S1 .I hear the pinging on the left side.Can a Bad o2 cause this even though I dont have a SES?Thanks!

-12 to -16.I have it in the -2.3 to -4.7 now.
I pulled a couple out on Bank 1 side the looked ok.I am running TR6's for N2o.
Should I put new plugs in it?

Think ill send the PCM to the tuner and see if he can fix it..
