Default Tuning for fuel economy - recommendations please!

My car is tuned very well and WOT performance is great, but I drive at 1/8 throttle most of the time in traffic.

Now that gas is $3.30 per gallon here for premium, I'd love to hear some tuning recommendations on how to increase fuel economy driving around town.

I've got a great custom tune from Mike Norris for my Patriot H/C package, but it's mainly focused on full throttle performance. I'm looking to modify the part throttle tuning parameters for economy.

Rolling on the power enrichment as late as possible,
probably will pay off for around-town driving. The
usual thing is to set the PE enable MAP pretty low
so you totally suppress ping. But if you can stay in
closed loop more, your street MPG will go up. That
may require fiddling with the VE (if you have "lean
holes" on tip-in that early PE was covering up) and
the spark table (pull out enough not to ping, where
you would be on the street, if needed). But more
spark where you aren't currently pinging will also
maximize economy.
