first thing is you never changed your secondary ve table, you need to copy the respective cells over from the primary to the secondary

idle airflow is way too high and your idle speed is way too low, put the stock idle speed back in there and add 50 rpm

The throttle cracker is trying to jack up the engine speed floor by an airflow offset. But you have a throttle body on there which may not match the IAC effective area curve built into the tune (table for that). If your porting of the BBK included filling
IAC port (never seen one, don't know if it's like the OE or not) you may need/want to enlarge the air feed hole, too small a hole limits the IAC ability to hit the goal and makes it swing wide, this can make for yo-yo action.

What is "engine speed floor"? Never heard of it!

thats kool...pretty much everything was probably messed with...lol i just need a good starting point i guess...like i said...i am building a new tranny on the bench now... i would like all the tranny settings and idle settings to be correct before i put it in! the tranny in the car is slipping 3/4 but this morning i started losing 2nd.....!? so i really appreciate what you are doing! hope we can get this thing right! dont be afraid to get a little extreme...this is not my daily driver!

Just in general, even if the IAC passage is unchanged, a ported TB may allow more air to pass if the area where the blade closes was worked on.

yeah true, but there shouldnt be a need to port in that area then the throttle blade wont seat properly! just the horn part of the tb should be ported....in my opinion
