Why is this WB O2 so cheap? Replacement wideband oxygen sensor (041)

Can it not work with hp tuners or is it innacuret i dont see anything about it in my searches it seems a little cheaper than an lm-1.

uhhh...that's because it's a replacement WBO2 sensor and the LM1 package is a WB controller + sensor and i have never seen the LSU4 cheaper than $75
